Black Forest Gateau Cocktail
Featuring rich chocolate and coffee flavours cut through with the vibrant and sweet zest of cranberry and cherry, this decadent delight is a must serve at any seasonal dinner party…

Ingredients:
- 25ml bottlegreen Blackberry, Apple & Sloe Cordial
- 25ml espresso
- 25ml Biona cherry juice
- 25ml cranberry juice
- 35ml golden rum
- 15ml Kirsch
- 1 x teaspoon black cherry jam
- 1 x teaspoon vegan chocolate spread
- 5oz Martini glass
- Cherry covered with Gold flake, to garnish
To Make:
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker without ice (dry shake) and shake for 3/5 seconds.
- Add cubed ice and shake for 7 seconds and then strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a cherry dressed with gold flake.
- For a non-alcoholic version of this tipple, simply leave out the golden rum and Kirsch.
